1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and fubo888 ("fubo888", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the fubo888 website accessible at https://fubo888.cam and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, and any related mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the fubo888 Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the fubo888 platform.

fubo888 operates primarily for the Malaysian market and is designed to serve players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations within Malaysia. All financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice, and Players are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to online gambling in their jurisdiction.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on fubo888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fubo888 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process, and any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Services from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using the fubo888 Services is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of fubo888, or any of its affiliated technology or service providers.
• You must not have had a previous Account terminated by fubo888 for breach of these Terms.
• You may hold only one (1) Account on fubo888. Opening multiple accounts — including accounts in the names of family members sharing a device or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

4 Registration & Accounts

To access the full range of fubo888 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful, and you agree to update such information promptly if it changes.

fubo888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and upon any material change to your Account details. Standard KYC documentation includes a valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad or passport), and may additionally include proof of address (utility bill or official bank statement dated within three months) and, in certain circumstances, proof of payment method.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials.
• You must not share your Account, password, or login details with any third party.
• fubo888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify fubo888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• All activities conducted under your Account credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you.

5 Terms of Use

Your use of the fubo888 platform is subject to the following terms. By accessing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The fubo888 platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Any commercial exploitation of the Services, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate using fubo888 accounts, is strictly prohibited.
• You will use the Services in good faith and will not employ any strategy, software, or technique designed to gain an unfair advantage over fubo888 or other players.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or otherwise reproduce any proprietary element of the fubo888 platform.
• You acknowledge that all casino games offered on fubo888 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology, and that the outcome of any game is determined by chance. fubo888 does not guarantee any specific outcome.
• Sports betting odds are set by fubo888's trading team and are subject to change without notice. Bets accepted at published odds are final once confirmed, subject to the specific Betting Rules in Section 8.
• fubo888 reserves the right to refuse any wager, cancel any bet, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud, match-fixing, or violation of these Terms.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

fubo888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes to reflect in your Account Balance, subject to your bank's processing time.
• fubo888 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Third-party fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• A minimum of one (1) successful deposit must be made before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• fubo888 targets processing of withdrawal requests within the same business day for verified accounts. Actual transfer times depend on the receiving payment provider.
• fubo888 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual transaction amounts.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

fubo888 offers a range of promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible, verified Players only. Players under self-exclusion are not eligible for promotional bonuses.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and their derived winnings may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• fubo888 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling activity.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts or payment methods constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Promotional offers have specified validity periods. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses that expire will be automatically removed from the Account Balance.
• Free spins awarded as part of any promotion will be credited at a fixed denomination as stated in the individual promotion terms. Winnings from free spins may be subject to a separate wagering requirement.
• fubo888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the fubo888 platform. Specific rules for individual game types, sports markets, and Asian Handicap or Mix Parlay bets are published within the relevant product sections of the platform.

• All bets are final and binding once confirmed on the platform. Players cannot cancel, reverse, or amend a placed bet after confirmation, except where the relevant product rules expressly permit it.
• fubo888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement, or where obvious pricing errors have occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session, fubo888 will use all available technical logs to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• All casino games on fubo888 are powered by certified RNG software. Published RTP percentages represent long-run theoretical return rates and do not guarantee specific returns on individual sessions.
• For live sports betting, markets may be suspended at fubo888's discretion during key events (e.g., a penalty being awarded, a red card, or a goal). Bets accepted before suspension are settled according to the applicable market rules.
• Mix Parlay bets involving matches from EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and other football competitions are settled according to official competition results. Any match declared void under the relevant competition rules will be treated as a non-runner in the accumulator, with the relevant leg removed and odds recalculated.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fubo888 platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or otherwise deceiving fubo888 in the course of registration or ongoing use.
• Money Laundering: Using the fubo888 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through multi-accounting, collusion, hedging, or any other method not consistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets based on material non-public information, or participating in any arrangement to fix the outcome of sporting events.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with casino games without genuine human participation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game format.
• Chargebacks: Fraudulently disputing legitimate payment transactions with your bank or payment provider after funds have been credited to your fubo888 Account.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or otherwise compromise the technical infrastructure of the fubo888 platform.

10 Responsible Gambling

fubo888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options, all accessible through your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and all marketing communications suspended.
• Session Timers: Players may configure session time alerts to be notified when they have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net activity are available on request.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the fubo888 platform — including but not limited to the fubo888 name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of fubo888 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fubo888 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any element of the fubo888 platform without our prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fubo888 excludes all liability — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or delays beyond fubo888's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Reliance on any information published on the platform, including promotional materials, odds displays, or educational content.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by fubo888's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

13 Suspension & Termination

fubo888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or confiscate any Balance held therein, with or without prior notice, where fubo888 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Player has opened multiple Accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• The Player is a resident of or is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach (e.g., at a Player's own request or following self-exclusion), any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after all pending wagers have been settled.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the fubo888 support team. Account closure does not affect any obligations incurred prior to the date of closure.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the fubo888 Services complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. fubo888 makes no representation that the Services are lawful for use in all locations.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with fubo888's customer support team shall be subject to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as prescribed by the applicable regulatory framework.

15 Amendments

fubo888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the platform homepage or by email to the registered Account address, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the fubo888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version of the Terms and Conditions was published. We recommend Players review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
